Job Description & Desired Skills
- 3 – 5 years of experience into inside sales in software industry, experience into CRM sales will be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills – written & verbal.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and regional languages.
- Cold Calling; Making multiple outbound calls as per the daily quota to potential clients and ensure closure as per target given.
- Qualifying leads in HOT, WARM, COLD bucket to ensure effective data capturing.
- Understanding Client needs, offering/proposing best suited product or solutions.
- Research business directories, web searches or digital resources to generate potential leads.
- Answer potential Client questions and follow-up questions to Close Sales on Winning Note.
- Assess competitors by understanding & analyzing their products offering/pricing, for effective pitch.
- Develop good understanding of products/solutions in offering for effective closures.
- Creating & Maintaining a list/database of prospect Clients in Excel and/or CRM tool.
- Coordinating with Inside Sales Lead/Manager on day to day work to record performance.
- Should be a team player
