Job Description & Desired Skills

  • 8 – 12 years of experience in a CRM Sales, IT Solution Sales or similar domain.
  • Good market & territory understanding.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Team handling experience, with independent contribution.
  • Responsible for achieving the Sales Revenue for the Region and Lead the team in terms of sales and performance.
  • Timely and Accurate Revenue Forecasting based on the strong funnel development.
  • Plan a clear cut 30-60-90 days’ plan on Client closures to achieve the desired sales revenue for your region.
  • Ensure Reach – Effective & time bound Client Meetings to reach out to targeted Audience across Day / Week / Month
  • Identify, Lead and Manage Enterprise / SME Accounts by pitching our products to concerned stakeholders
  • Develop strong relationships with the Clients for business continuity, cross-selling & referrals.
  • Analyse Client requirement/Need Gap and propose winning solutions.
  • Assess competitors by understanding & analysing their products offering/pricing, for effective pitches in the team.
  • Timely handling of invoicing and collections from the Clients.
  • Act as a strong intermediary between Client and Internal Technical team in driving smooth technical discussions for timely Go Live.
  • Team management – Team member’s performance, assessment, mentoring & Training
