Regional Head – Direct Sales
Job Description & Desired Skills
- 8 – 12 years of experience in a CRM Sales, IT Solution Sales or similar domain.
- Good market & territory understanding.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Team handling experience, with independent contribution.
- Responsible for achieving the Sales Revenue for the Region and Lead the team in terms of sales and
performance.
- Timely and Accurate Revenue Forecasting based on the strong funnel development.
- Plan a clear cut 30-60-90 days’ plan on Client closures to achieve the desired sales revenue for your
region.
- Ensure Reach – Effective & time bound Client Meetings to reach out to targeted Audience across Day /
Week /
Month
- Identify, Lead and Manage Enterprise / SME Accounts by pitching our products to concerned stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with the Clients for business continuity, cross-selling & referrals.
- Analyse Client requirement/Need Gap and propose winning solutions.
- Assess competitors by understanding & analysing their products offering/pricing, for effective pitches
in
the team.
- Timely handling of invoicing and collections from the Clients.
- Act as a strong intermediary between Client and Internal Technical team in driving smooth technical
discussions for timely Go Live.
- Team management – Team member’s performance, assessment, mentoring & Training
