Qualifications
- Experience in Direct Sales and Account Management
- Proven track record of driving revenue through successful sales
- Demonstrating product features to customers.
- Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present company products.
- Completing order forms and submitting them for processing.
- Preparing sales proposals for potential buyers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in the CRM/technology industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential sale opportunities for company’s products.
- Increase the awareness about the company’s product through marketing activities.
- Conclude new sales to end customers and collect usage charges and embossing the Company Logo.
- Drive use of product by engaging with existing customers.
- Ensure that end customers adhere to company’s policies and guidelines of usage of product.
- Retain customers at the end of the product term and collect renewal charges as applicable.
- Collect the KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements information from the customers.
