Acceptable Use Policy
This is the Acceptable Use Policy of Office24by7 which is applicable for the use of any services, solutions, or products on the website provided by office24by7 that can be used directly or can be used with the help of a third party. This AUP is designed to empower rules and regulations in compliance with the governing laws and that applies to Office24by7. This AUP safeguards the interests of all our customers, their clientele, and also our reputation and goodness. The regulations and terms put forward in this policy are very important and without the consent of this policy, we will not provide the Office24by7 service to you. By availing or by using Office24by7 services, you are agreeing to this policy’s terms and conditions.
Irrespective of any service/solution/product of Office24by7, this AUP is applicable. Every individual in the association is liable to abide in accordance with this AUP and is responsible for any violations against it. You are strictly prohibited in all ways violating his policy individually or in association. We are liable to use all methods to enforce and ensure compliance with AUP.
We will update this AUP periodically and we will let you the changes through notifications within the Office24by7 application availed by you and we will post it on our website. You acknowledge and agree to review the revised copy of AUP now and then and to stay in compliance with it.
Reporting Suspected Violations
As we encourage feedback and appreciation emails from our clientele, likewise we encourage email copy with a full header using Office24by7 service from recipients reporting suspected or anonymous violations of this policy using to info@office24by7.com.
Also, we do encourage text messages from the recipients affected by the abusive messages that are sent using Office24by7 services, to report suspected violations of this policy by sharing the screenshot of the received message to info@office24by7.com.
All other violations related to this policy but not limited to, can be reported by sending an email to info@office24by7.com.
No Spam Permitted
You acknowledge and agree that you will not use Office24by7 services knowingly or unknowingly, directly or indirectly in any way to send, transmit, distribute, or deliver:
1) Email to an email ID that is harvested through unsolicited methods or internet methods or bought from a third party.
2) Emails to borrowed or rented lists.
3) Emails without an unsubscribe link or opt-out methods or to an address that is incomplete or inaccurate.
4) Emails to lists that more likely exhibit high unsubscribe rates and/or bounce rates.
Prohibited Email Content
Email that is sent through using Office24by7 service should not Contain unsolicited or irrelevant subject line to that of email content:
1) Use or contain invalid or forged headers.
2) Use or contain invalid or nonexistent domain names.
3) Hide or misleading information for not identifying the origin of the email received.
4) Deceptive addressing.
5) Without the consent, using third party’s domain name.
6) Use or contain misleading email body or email subject line.
Email Opt-out Requirements
You acknowledge and agree that each and every email sent using Office24by7 application or service should contain:
1) Header/Subject line that is true and not misleading.
2) A link or button, at the top or bottom of the email body for the subscribers to opt-out of your email list. In its absence, the email that is/are sent across will be considered as unsolicited or inappropriate communication as described in this policy. (As per TRAI regulations, emails should be posted with an unsubscribe link to facilitate your users to opt out of your emailing list leisurely). Again this does not apply if the email sent is a transactional one and such requirements are not applicable by law. You authorize that you agree and will comply with the requirements of “Opt-out, Unsubscribe, Do not call, and Do not send” requests.
Telephone and Text Marketing
You should agree and acknowledge that you shall comply with all local, national, and applicable international laws relating to telephone or phone call recordings and text marketing. Make sure that you obtain proper consent for recording calls and for sending transactional and promotional texts as applicable to the recipient’s country.
If you use Office24by7 service to initiate telephone calls and text marketing, you should comply with all applicable laws related to industry standard practices, put forth by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) and the Mobile Marketing Association.
No Disruption
You acknowledge and agree that you will never use Office24by7 in a way that can impact the growth or operations or privacy or integrity or security of other entity or property. In this case, property includes but not limited to account, domain names, URLs, email IDs, websites, networks, equipment, software, application, data, or any other information related to the business operations.
You also agree that you will never use Office24by7 service to gain unauthorized access to use and monitor another’s intellectual property unless you have the appropriate consent from the authorized person to do so. The prohibiting actions or the unauthorized access includes hacking, phishing, sending malicious software embedded or transmitting virus or any other file or software in related to it.
These reactions apply irrespective whether you do intentionally or unintentionally.
Proper Usage of Office24by7 Service
You acknowledge and agree that you will respect the limits put forth by this policy with the use of Office24by7 Services.
In addition to the requirements stated in this policy AUP, you may not directly or indirectly use Office24by7 service in a manner that:
1) Is threatening, abusive or false
2) Is misleading, false, fraudulent, or fishy
3) Violating the rights or privacy of another party
4) Contains un-lawful or illegal material
5) Violating other’s intellectual property rights
Post, publish, share, or distribute other’s music, software, video, files, audio, or any other material in relation that is protected by the intellectual property laws unless and until you have all the appropriate authorizations to do so.
Files containing viruses, malicious software, or any other relation that can corrupt or harm another person’s computer or software operation.
Replicates false or unauthorized information about the author, user, or their related legal or proprietary designations, software source, or any other related material contained in the uploaded file.
Restricting the use of any unauthorized user using office24by7 Service or application.
Without the consent of a third party or others collecting or harvesting email addresses or other information in relation to it.
Violating the industry standard rules and regulations of a company or entity by your use but not limited to ISP (Internet Service Provider) and ESP (Enhanced Service Provider).
You acknowledge and agree that you will use Office24by7 for your internal business purposes and will not:
1) Tamper the Office24by7 rules and policies.
2) Tamper other customer accounts.
3) Will not access other information or server or account that you are not authorized.
4) Breach the security measures without authorization or attempt to test or scan the vulnerability of Office24by7 service.
5) Willfully declaring that Office24by7 service is unusable without any proof.
6) Distribute, sell, lease or exploit Office24by7 services to other users or any third party with our authorization.
7) Sharing Office24by7 service for the benefit of third party without our consent.
8) Provide evaluation version or replicated version of Office24by7 service without our prior written consent.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
However, in addition to and without limiting the requirements as stated in this AUP, you may not (directly or indirectly) use the Office24by7 Service with content, or in a manner violating applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation, including all applicable laws, rules and regulations and without limitation:
1) Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act (CAN-SPAM Act of 2003)
2) Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991
3) India’s regulations on Unsolicited Commercial Communicated implemented by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) – http://www.nccptrai.gov.in/nccpregistry/
4) Do-Not-Call Implementation Act of 2003
5) And any other regulations having the force of law or laws in force in your or your email/SMS/phone call recipient’s country of residence.
General Terms
If you violate or breach this AUP we may immediately suspend your access to the Office Services. We are authorized to deactivate or terminate your and our subscription agreement for this cause. You acknowledge and agree to it that we may disclose information regarding your use of any Office24by7 Service to satisfy any law, regulation, government request, court order, or other legal processes. If we make this type of required disclosure we will notify you prior via an email, call or text, unless we are required to keep the disclosure confidential.
We are not obligated to but may choose to, remove any prohibited materials and deny access to any user who violates this AUP as we reserve all legal authorities.
